From the moment I began my nursing career in 2006, I knew that caring for children and families was more than just a job—it was my calling. For over a decade, I worked the NICU and newborn nursery, where I had the privilege of supporting parents and their little ones through some of life’s most delicate and meaningful moments. That deep foundation in compassionate, hands-on care continues to shape the way I approach every patient and family I meet.
